Error description

• The HPIC FASTIC=(PREF,COPY) process for one DBDS ends with
  FABJ4215E message which indicates that DFSMSdss API terminates
  with an error.  This APAR will report a non-zero DFSMSdss RC
  in the FABJ4315E messageto aid in problem determination.

  The HPIC FASTIC=(PREF,COPY) process for one DBDS ends with
  FABJ4215E ( MSGFABJ4215 ) message which indicates that DFSMSdss
  API terminates with an error. But HPIC does not report the
  return code from DFSMSdss.
  
  By this APAR, HPIC reports a return code from DFSMSdss in the
  message for the error analysis, when the DFSMSdss API terminates
  with error.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJFCAI has been modified to save the return code which
  DFSMSdss returns to HPIC.
  
  FABJDFCN FABJOFL1 and FABJRFCN have been modified to report a
  non-zero DFSMSdss RC in the FABJ4215E message.
  
  FABJDSSB has been modified to add the save area for the return
  code which DFSMSdss returns to HPIC.
  
  The following modules have been reassembled.
