APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using DB2 Administration Tool, and the clustering index
  is changed from one index to another, the .CHANGES file shows
  the proper order, but RN in Change Management fails with
  SQLCODE -623 since the alter to change the old index to not
  cluster does not precede the create of the new clustering
  index.
