PK60450: NULL VALUE MAY BE QUOTED IN SQL IF ALTER CONDITION FOUND

Error description

• If a table is altered by adding a new column, that new column
  may incorrectly have its NULL value quoted (i.e., value =
  'NULL', rather than VALUE=NULL) if an action occurs against a
  row in the table while no such values exist for the newly added
  column(s). This can cause SQL execution failure. This will only
  occur if the column's value should be quoted in cases where it
  is not a NULL value, for example , any CHAR field
