  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  DB2 counter QPACTJST was reset when rollup data had been
  detected. A TOP list requested for class 7 package times
  did not include a *ROLLUP* entry if ordered by PACKAGE.
  SUSPENSION-CL8 AGENT was also reset.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Now the field values are not reset in case of rollup data from a
  DDF/RRSAF thread. TOP processing uses the original values of a
  *ROLLUP* package.
