Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, when altering a clustering
  index which enforces a primary key constraint, the Tool
  attempts to drop the index resulting in SQLCODE -669.
  Additional Symptoms: msgsqlcode -669 sqlcode669 sqlcoden669

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: SQLCODE669 would occur when attempting  *
  *                      to drop an index that has UNIQUERULE=P, *
  *                      C, or R if the table was not also       *
  *                      being dropped.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  In order to drop a constraint-enforcing index, the constraint
  must first be dropped.  ALC was not building SQL to drop the
  constraint prior to its attempt to drop the index.
