• Enhance FPO OPC (Online Pointer Checker) to add '(XCI)' after
  the randomizer name in the reports when it is an XCI randomizer.
  
  This is a backward fit of HPFPU V3R2 FPO APAR PK58668.

• OPC has been modify to add "(XCI)" after the randomizer name
  in the FPX0073I message and to set the XCI randomizer flag in
  type 1,0 record of DAR12O and DAR13SO files when it is an XCI
  randomizer.
