  error messages when taking EDM snapshot
  Addtional symptom:  The APAR also corrects a problem with
  KO2OSTDB involving an ABEND0C4-10.  The DUMP title more than
  likely will be
  Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2: COMPID=5655OPE00, JOB=DBM4CI  ,
               LMOD=#UNKNOWN#L, CSECT=SNP$0000, OFFSET=  00BA
  with R10 pointing into KO2OSTDB+2C58 (PK47721 or PK59975 level).
  If there are no statistics to gather, Omegamon will issue the
  message '_SYSTEM _WIDE _EDMP _STATISTICS _NOT _AVAILABLE' and
  exit.  However, this code path exits beyond the base register
  R10 and because of this accesses storage incorrectly that could
  lead to an ABEND.
  SYSTRACE will show somthing like
  009CC638 PGM 010 077D1000 ADEF5E0A  00020010 2DEF5000
  ... where the address ADEF5E0A is the result of accessing the
  wrong storage to use for a BRANCH address.  R9 will point to
  this same CSECT at offset x'45C0' -- this can be used to confirm
  the error.
