Error description

• ABEND0C4-3B CQMMCL91+E6 occurred when starting the DB2 Query
  Monitor collector on the same LPAR running DB2 V9.1 after DB2
  maintenance was applied at level 071031. The PROGRAM CHECK
  on a 5850 3018 instruction (LOAD) in AMODE 64 with Reg5 being
  00000200_A025668A, nonzero high half of register.
  
  Storage exhaustion symptoms may also occur due to current
  activity not being closed out, and may include
   IEW4008I FETCH FAILED FOR MODULE CQM@STXT,
   CSV028I ABEND106-0E JOBNAME=CQMCAE3,         and
   CQM239E VIRTUAL STORAGE EXHAUSTED WHILE OPENING &DATASET..
