Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, when viewing the column information
  for a table create in DB2 v7 and lower, the character sub type
  is misleading defaulting to 'for MIXED data' when
  SYSIBM.SYSCOLUMNS.SYSFOREIGNKEY is blank.

  character subtype.

  This fix is for DB2 Admin Tool Version 720 and higher only.
