Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tools Change Management function created
  a DELTA CHANGES file missing an ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN statement
  which was need.

  *                      statements are missing in changes       *
  *                      file.                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *

  Stack of alter DDL statements for partitioned TS is bypassed
  for CMDELTA mode.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is been fixed only in V7.2.
