Error description

  • Abend0C4 in DGOVDB2I+014B04 at PK50155 level when using snapshot
history collecting.
PSW points to DGOVDB2F+127C (PK40616 level) to a TEST UNDER
MASK x'91286021', Reg6 bad causing the ABEND0C4-10.

Local fix

  • Please apply PTF when available.
Circumvention is to disables snapshot history collecting, i.e
  operator command F CANSO2,F PESERVER,F ALL,SNAPSHOTHISTORY=N

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
ABEND S0C4-10 occurs in the section DGOVDB2I.DGOVDB2F
when PESERVER is collecting snapshot history data.
Additional symptom: GPRs 2 and 6 look identical, differ
only in contents of the byte 0.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The code of PESERVER has been correspondingly corrected.
