  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1.                                      *
  *                      When DB2 Connect monitoring is          *
  *                      activated for the OMEGAMON Server       *
  *                      subtask PESERVER and DB2 Connect Server *
  *                      details data are requested from the     *
  *                      monitoring PESERVER instance for        *
  *                      display the following error conditions  *
  *                      can occur.                              *
  *                      - When DB2 Connect Server thread        *
  *                      details are requested from the PE       *
  *                      Client for display, the PE Client       *
  *                      issues an internal error message with   *
  *                      return and reason code 0xff/0x2b.       *
  *                      - When DB2 Connect Server information   *
  *                      is requested from the OMEGAMON Classic  *
  *                      user interface, panel ZTCNO displays    *
  *                      wrong data.                             *

  *                      password to upper case in PESERVER is   *
  *                      active and a user performs a log on     *
  *                      from the PE Client, the log on will     *
  *                      complete but consecutive authorization  *
  *                      checks will fail and message ICH408I    *
  *                      (INVALID PASSWORD) is issued.           *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1.
  When DB2 Connect monitoring is activated for the OMEGAMON
  Server subtask PESERVER and DB2 Connect server details data are
  requested from the monitoring PESERVER instance for display the
  following error conditions can occur.
  - When DB2 Connect Server thread details are requested from the
  PE Client for display, the PE Client issues an internal error
  message with return and reason code 0xff/0x2b.
  - When DB2 Connect Server information is requested from the
  OMEGAMON Classic user interface, panel ZTCNO displays wrong
  data.
  
  2.
  When mixed case password support is installed and the option
  to fold the password to upper case in PESERVER is active and a
  user performs a log on from the PE Client, the log on will
  complete but consecutive authorization checks will fail and
  message ICH408I (INVALID PASSWORD) is issued.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1.
  When DB2 Connect Server details data are requested from the
  monitoring PESERVER instance, only data which qualify for the
  selected thread are collected and provided for display. The
  code has been corrected accordingly.
  
  2.
  When mixed case password support is installed and the option
  to fold the password to upper case in PESERVER is active, the
  password will be handled accordingly to pass all consecutive
  authorization checks. The code has been corrected accordingly.
