Failing instruction was x'D20B 7250 5234', with REG5 offset
x'234' extending beyond GETMAINed storage leading to the
ABEND0C4.  In this case REG 5 = x'22C6EE98' and IPCS shows
  "22C6F000.:22C6FFFF.--Storage not available".
