• The DB2 Administration Tool Change Management ( CM ) function
  MERGE REPORT reports
  Change found for Table aaa.aaa but no base definition was found
  When the change involves any of the following:
  COMMENT ON TABLE aaa.aaa IS 'aaaa'
  COMMENT ON COLUMN aaa.aaa.aaa IS 'aaa'
  COMMENT ON ALIAS  aaa.aaa IS 'aaa'

  *                 management processing COMMENT ON and         *
  *                 LABEL ON DDL statements.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users can receive incorrect error       *
  *                      messages stating that an expected       *
  *                      object was not found.  ADBCVOB was      *
  *                      changed to correct these errors.        *
  *                      Note: there are other APARs which       *
  *                      address parts of these problems.        *
  *                      PK57452 addresses changes in ADBCDTS,   *
  *                      and is a prerequisite for this APAR.    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  ADBCVOB was changed to correct the errors.    COMMENT ON ALIAS,
  DISTINCT TYPE, SPECIFIC FUNCTION, and TRIGGERS are now
  correctly supported.  COMMENT ON PLAN, PACKAGE, and FUNCTION
  are not supported.
