  • On migrating a Portlet Project from Rational Application Develop
er V6 to Rational Application Developer V7 getting Linksbuilder
error message and getting an error 'There was a problem adding a
dapter factories' when trying to open the jsp file by double-cli
cking on it.

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • Project that specify themselves as the Java build output
folder or were on other projects build paths were not
supported when searching for custom tag libraries.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This configuration will no longer cause problems.

Fix delivered in Rational Application Developer V7007.
