  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  This error is caused by possible ABENDs in the collection
  routines that the common collector invokes on behalf of Agent
  requests. When a collection routine ABENDs the Agent disconnects
  the DB2 connection which causes no data to be shown on the TEP.
