Error description
When using FPA ITASKCTL=N, FPA does a sort by default even if sort is not needed, such as the case when ITASKCTL=1. This issue is implemented as a result of FITS requirements MR0713072549.

Appendix H. Message and Codes HFPJ messages The new message HFPJ0013I is added. HFPJ0013I SORT PROCESS WAS SKIPPED FOR DDNAME: ddname. Explanation: The sort process was skipped for the unloaded segment record file or the extracted output record file that was specified in DD statement ddname.
