• Enhancement to remove the following restriction:
  FPA cannot do an ANALYZE upon the Image Copy if the SDEP
  part or IOVF part is over 2GB.
  
  This is a forward fit of HPFPU V3R1 FPA APAR PK53946.

  1. When input area data set is an image copy data set, FPA
     copies the IOVF/SDEP data image to a data space. Because FPA
     obtains only one data space for each IOVF/SDEP part in the
     image copy, FPA cannot analyze the image copy if the SDEP or
     IOVF part is over 2GB.
  2. CHANGE and RELOAD functions with SDEP=LOGICAL do not treat
     the address of SDEP part correctly if the SDEP part is over
     2GB.

  2. FPA has been modified to treat the address of SDEP part
     correctly.
  In addition to these modifications, ANALYZE function has been
