  *                      generate the MODIFY step after COPY.    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  Removed the duplicate option  on panel ADB2USM and kept the
  option on ADB2US. Modified our change functions so we DON'T
  generate MODIFY for these functions even if they generate a
  COPY.
  

Problem conclusion

• Incident is now resolved.
