APAR status

Error description

• When viewing "DB2 QM SQL Code Detail Display" on Query Monitor,
  message "CQM154E RETURN CODE 08 REASON CODE 58 WAS ENCOUNTERED
  DURING VSAM PROCESSING..." may occur during dynamic allocation
  of VSAM data sets, using DATACLAS with REC ACC BIAS (Record
  Access Bias), set to SYSTEM (system-managed buffering in
  effect).
  

Local fix

• WORK AROUND
  Specify in CQMPARMs a Dataclass definition without REC ACC BIAS
  set to SYSTEM. The REC ACC BIAS should be set to USER.
