    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
When the OMEGAMON Server subtask PESERVER is started with
automatic exception processing enabled or when periodic
exception processing is started after PESERVER is up and
running and threshold values are set for thread data and the
amount of monitored threads exceeds the internal capacity,
a buffer overflow can occur in the periodic exception module
DGOMEXA0. Processing of the buffer might enter a loop and cause
    high CPU consumption.
The high CPU consumption is detected by PESERVER which issues
message FPEV0158W, starts the internal server traces and will
finally issue an SDUMP for analysis purposes and reattach the
periodic exception subtask if the high CPU consumption persists.

    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Periodic Exception Processing has been corrected to prevent a
buffer overflow and entering an infinite loop.
