* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Validate option from panel GOC5 is  *
*                      not compatible with Change Management.  *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
The Validate option from panel GOC5 is not compatible with
Change Management.  A frontend message has been provided stating
that Validate is restricted when Change Management is Enabled.

Problem conclusion

  • Incident is now resolved.
