APAR status

Error description

• The joblog of DL/I batch job contains FRRIN CONTROL STATEMENTS
  report when the load module library of HP Load is specified in
  the STEPLIB.
  The DL/I  batch job ABENDU3902 with the error message HPSR3901E
  and HPSR3902E when SYSPRINT DD statement is not provided.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When a DL/I batch program is run with the load module library of
  HP Load in the STEPLIB, one of the following occurs:
  - Error messages HPSR3901E and HPSR3902E are issued and the DL/I
    batch program gets ABENDU3902 if SYSPRINT DD is not specified.
  - The joblog contains "FRRIN CONTROL STATEMENTS" report if
    SYSPRINT DD is specified.
  HP Load should assume a DL/I batch program as an application
  program for Load API only when FRRIN DD statement is specified
  in the JCL.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HPSRSVE0 has been modified to treat a DL/I batch
  program as an application program for Load API only when
  FRRIN DD statement is specified in the JCL.
