* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Version  Files stored  in the  Change   *
*                      Management should be BASE, not DELTA.   *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
Object Compare sets Version Files as DELTA when it should be
BASE.  Resolve OC will resolve CM.

Problem conclusion
