Error description

• After drawing a 'deploy' relationship between a node and an arti
  fact on a deployment diagram, the direction of the relationship
  on the diagram is different from the direction of the relationsh
  ip in the Properties?General view of the relationship.

Problem summary

• After drawing a "deploy" relationship between a node and an
  artifact on a deployment diagram, the direction of the
  relationship on the diagram is different from the direction
  of the relationship in the Properties?General view of the
  relationship.
  

Problem conclusion

• The notation for the "deploy" relationship has navigability
  arrow reversed when compared to other dependencies. The
  Properties View did not take this into account. Fixed the
  logic in the Properties View.
