Error description

• In DB2 Admin Tool, using MIG function to MIGRATE many tables can
  fail with abendu4091 rc0B in step CNVRTxxx when local CEEXOPT
  value for ERRCOUNT is exceeded.

Local fix

• Usermod for ADB2UOPT is available to re-link loadmods to use LE
  parm values that allow Admin Tool to run as a 31-bit application
  with ERRCOUNT value of zero .

  Additionally, testing of LE option overrides can be accomplished
  by using:

  Admin Tool storage utilization depends on the customer
  definition for the LE ERRCOUNT value. This APAR removes
  dependencies on the local LE options definitions.
  

Problem conclusion

• LE options are now specified in CSECT ADB2UOPS
  (for small functions) and ADB2UOPL (for large functions).
  Existing CSECT ADB2UOPT will be phased out over time.
  ERRCOUNT=(0) is specified in ADB2UOPx definitions.
