PK56487: AFTER QCF PARSING ERROR IN IMS REGION, IMS MUST BE RECYCLED SINCE THERE'S NO COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE TSO CLIENT THERAFTER

Error description

• After a QCF parsing error in the IMS control region, IMS must be
  recycled since there is no communications with the TSO client
  thereafter.

  New syntax checker function for QCF PROCLIB members.
  The QCF Users Guide will be updated to have next
  information:
   INSTALLING AND CONFIGURING QCF SYNTAX CHECKER
  
   CUSTOMIZING AND STARTING THE QCF CONFIG FILE SYNTAX CHECKER
  
    IMS QCF Config File Syntax Checker performs syntax checking of
    either a QCF Server or QCF Extension Configuration File.  The
    QCF Config File Syntax Checker communicates with the IMS Base
    Primitive Environment (BPE) services to perform a portion of
    this function.
  
    The QCF Syntax Checker users the BPE parsing service to parse
    the configuration data and then does additional validation.
    The QCF Syntax Checker parsing stops parsing on the first
    syntax error it encounters.  A BPE error message is issued
    with the line number and character number of  where the
    parsing error occurred.   In addition, the Syntax Checker will
    perform additional validation.
  
    Before you start the QCF Server address space or before
    starting the IMS environment, the QCF Server and QCF Extension
    Configuration files that are stored as PROCLIB member can be
    syntax validated to remove the possibility of having to
    recycle either the QCF Server or the IMS environment
  
    CONFIGURING AND SUBMITTING THE QCF SYNTAX CHECKER JCL
  
    The  hlqual.siqcsamp(IQCSYNTX) member contains
    the sample procedure to start syntax checker
  
    The Syntax Checker will first do the parsing of the
    configuration file and then perform additional validation
    of the config file parms and provide additional
    information about the validation.
