PK56320: FTP fails to make a connection with Eclipse client.

Error description

• FTP to make a connection to the FTP server. This works as expect
  ed in the Windows and Web clients. However, when using the Eclip
  se client, creating a new FTP connection does not work - it retu
  rns undef and there is no error message returned by the FTP pack
  age to explain the failure. In normal conditions, should a conne
  ction fail, there should be an error message returned.
  This is reproduced this by using ftp.emea.ibm.com, creating a ne
  w record, attaching a .txt file and then saving the record and t
  he following error occurs from the Eclipse client, but NOT from
  the windows or CQWeb clients:
  The entity's validation hook failed, the error message is: Conne
  ction failed with no error message.
  Changing the FTP server address to an invalid address and causes
   the following error from the windows client and the above error
   from the Eclipse Client:
