• Error opening struts-config-ext.xml file after updating Rational
  Application Developer(RAD) from 6.0 to 6.0.1.2

Local fix

Problem summary

• This has been fixed in Rational Application Developer (RAD)
  7.0.  In RAD 6.0.1 there is a simple workaround: After you
  open the RAD workbench which has the "error editor" open
  (instead of the expected Struts configuration file editor),
  close the error editor and then restart the RAD workbench.
  You should then be able to successfully open the Struts
  configuration file.  To avoid this problem, try to remember
  to close any Struts configuration file editors before
  closing the RAD workbench.
