Error description

• Rational COBOL Runtime for zSeries V6.0.1:  Abend 0C4 when
  generating and preparing an EGL generated COBOL program.
  
  The program's results file contains the following error:
  
    CCUE-022 The connection to the server was broken.  Please
             ensure that the server is running and try the request
             again.
  
  The SYSOUT shows the following error:
  
     CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (system
              completion code=0C4) from entry point
              readfine(char*,unsigned long*) at compile unit
              offset at address 00025148.
  

Local fix

• Add REGION=0M in the JOB card for the CCUBLDW (build server)
  JOB.   The following is an example of the build server JOB card
  with the REGION=0M added:
