Problem summary


    

  • ****************************************************************
* USERS AFFECTED: All users of QCF3.1 - Panels. This APAR      *
*                 changes server/IMSid selection for panels.   *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Server and IMS are saved in profile. On *
*                      new client logon the server and IMS are *
*                      obtained from profile and if they are   *
*                      connected to SCI-cient connects to them *
*                      There is no need to go to option 0 and  *
*                      select server and IMS. If the saved     *
*                      server and IMS are not running - a new  *
*                      selection has to be done. Also - every  *
*                      time a new selection is made using      *
*                      option 0 - server and IMS are saved in  *
*                      the profile.                            *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
Server and IMS are saved in profile and used on next client
start. If not connected- a new selection via option 0 has to be
done. Selection is saved in profile.
