PK55770: IZTCSA02 IF THE Z/OS 1.9 ALLOWUSERKEYCSA PARAMETER IS SET OR DEFAULTED TO NO

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the z/OS 1.9 ALLOWUSERKEYCSA parameter is set, or
  defaulted, to NO, ETO Support will ABEND with an SB78
  RC=5C (ABENDSB78).  This is because ETO Support
  allocated it's tables in E/CSA using a USER key.
  

Local fix

• Set ALLOWUSERCSAKEY to YES.

  If the z/OS ALLOWUSERKEYCSA parameter is set to,
  or defaulted to, NO, ETO Support will ABEND with an SB78
  RC=5C (ABENDSB78).  This is because ETO Support
  allocated it's tables in E/CSA using a USER key.
  A valid local fix would be to set ALLOWUSERCSAKEY to YES.
  (Which was the default prior to z/OS 1.9)
  

Problem conclusion

• ETO Support has been changed to move its E/CSA tables from
  KEY 15 to KEY 7.
