Error description

• In DB2 Object Compare Tool when using WSL (Work Statement List)
  and tape for drop / create scenario, the LOAD step fails with
  messages similar to:
  DSNU1036I   DSNURELD - UNABLE TO ESTIMATE SPACE REQUIREMENTS
     FOR WORKDDN
  DSNU012I    DSNUGBAC - UTILITY EXECUTION TERMINATED, HIGHEST
     RETURN CODE=8
  ADBT015I  Failure attempting to execute   ADB2UTIL  with parm
  DT10,C071029A,,  ... 8
  .
  Additional symptoms: msgdsnu012i msgadbt015i rc8 rc08
  

Local fix

• use JCL version of job, rather than WSL job
