Error description

• IPR Reload task issues HPSR3732E when all of the following
  conditions are satisfied:
  - Running IPR Driver with REORGINPUT=ULDS.
  - The input unload data set was created by IPR Unload utility
    with DECOMPRESS=YES.
  - COMPRESS statement is not specified in the RELOAD block of
    the HPSIN DD.
  

Local fix

• As a workaround, specify COMPRESS=YES in the RELOAD block.

  IPR Reload task issues HPSR3732E when all of the following
  conditions are satisfied:
  - Running IPR Driver with REORGINPUT=ULDS.
  - The input unload data set was created by IPR Unload utility
    with DECOMPRESS=YES.
  - COMPRESS statement is not specified in the RELOAD block of
    the HPSIN DD.
  IPR Reload task incorrectly treats as if COMPRESS=NO has been
  specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HPSRGTI0 has been modified to treat COMPRESS control
  statement correctly.
