Parsing of new source view failed
View will be added unchanged. Please check view definition
No masking of qualifiers/names in the source view text done
ADB1843E No sysviews row found for 'Create view'
SQL stmt not completely parsed
Error occured when parsing the following stmt :
Token number = nnnnn, Token =VIEW
GOCC026E Severe Error when generating DDL
GOCC002E - Severe error. Compare terminates

Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: Users of Object Compare V7.2 and views.      *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Currently, source DDL is getting the    *
*                      wrong error message when ID and VIEW    *
*                      records mask to the same view.          *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
Object Compare was changed to detect the error situation and
produce the correct error message.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The problem has been fixed in Object Compare Ver 7.2.
