Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparision Tool generates REORG syntax at the
  tablespace level rather than at the partition level.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Currently, changes to a partition       *
  *                      limit keys resulted in an alter to the  *
  *                      index or table for the partition, but   *
  *                      a REORG of the entire table space.      *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  Object Compare was to REORG only those partitions affected by
  the limit key change.
