APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Setting "Combine IX/TS Exceptions when evaluating IX triggering
  a TS" to "Y" in an Exceptions Profile can cause an ABEND0C4
  in HAA$EXCP.  It can also cause a LOOP HAA$EXCP (PK34100 level
  from offsets E63A to E718) when "Use Stats From" is set to
  "R"unstats.

  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS ADDRESSED
  Currently the RUNSTATS utility options panel, HAA$URST, does not
  allow both the Report option and the 'Update Catalog Tables'
  to be set to 'N' to allow a RUNSTATS utility with REPORT=NO
  and UPDATE=NONE.
  
  This change will allow the RUNSTATS utility with REPORT=NO
  and UPDATE=NONE to be created in DB2 V8 and above.
  

Local fix

• To eliminate the loop, specify something other than "R"unstats
  for "Use Stats From" field.
