    ****************************************************************
This APAR Changed FABA0533W message specification by a request
to make it easier to find any real errors.

The message had been issued every time FABADA5 found a UOWCTL
control card for an area that is not processed.
In new specification, if FABADA5 found any UOWCTL control cards
like above, renewal FABA0533W message is issued only once.
