APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• GRANT SYSOPR to the O2CI started task in member AGRT<ssid> of
  library RKD2SAM for DB2 CANCEL THREAD function.
  

Local fix

• Customer GRANTed the SYSOPR to Omegamon STC userid in DB2 to
  resolve the authorization prob.
