Error description

  • The client is encountering a problem when using the Snapshot
    option with the Management Console where the resulting snapshot
    files can not be opened with the Snapshot Viewer.  When the file
    is selected for Open, the Snapshot Viewer will crash.
    
    The launcher, Management Console, and Snapshot Viewer as all run
    from a Windows XP Pro PC, containing 3.5 GIG memory.
