Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Admin Tool attempting to alter  *
  *                 a  table by  adding a primary key after the  *
  *                 setting  SHRLEVEL =  C on panel ADB2USO and  *
  *                 MAPTBL NAME on panel ADBUSO1.                *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If SHRLEVEL  = C  on panel ADB2USO and  *
  *                      MAPTBL NAME  on panel ADBUSO1 is named  *
  *                      but not  created,  attempting to add a  *
  *                      primary key  to a table will result in  *
  *                      an ISPF Dialog error, "Invalid control  *
  *                      word parameter, ADB2USOP record-114".   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When altering a table,  USO06,  the ISPF dialog  variable that
  represents the  value to  which SHRLEVEL has been set on panel
  ADB2USO,  is initialized to &Z based on whether &RMOPTS is not
  'Y' in the skeleton ADB2USOP (REORG UTILITY OPTIONS), which is
  imbedded by skeleton ADB2USO, which is accessed with an FTINCL
  from exec ADB27A.  The problem arises, however, if &RMOPTS has
  been set to  YES ("Review/change options") in the panel ADB2US
  (Table Space  Utilities)  for the some previous DB2 Admin Tool
  operation, in which case USO06 will not be initialized to &Z.
  

Problem conclusion

• When altering a table, set RMOPTS = 'N' in exec ADB27A before
  doing the FTINCL of skeleton ADB2USO.
