Error description
ABENDS0C7 in IPITSCAN (COMCSUTC+x'296'). If first record on TRFIN is a x'10' (MSG) record then time zone is not correctly set for converting timestamp to microseconds. Additional problems fixed in this APAR: 1) SECGROUP does not work correctly with integers/counts. Exponent incorrect for large numbers in form-based reports. 2) Unusually large numbers for FPCALLS and FPGETS in form-based reports. Half-word values being treated as signed. 3) Durations in BMP Checkpoint summary incorrect. Wrong values being used to calculate average duration of syncpoints. 4) Blank line instead of 'padding' line in Histogram Report. A blank line is before 'Same to next line'. 5) Schedule distribution wrong in Transaction Resource Usage report. Transactions per schedule, schedules per minute and %SC counts wrong for schedules >1, particularly if quick reschedules occur.

Problem conclusion
The following changes have been made to correct the above problems: 1. Correct setting of time zone in IPITSCAN before calling COMCSUTC 2. Correct handling of integers/counts in IPIFPROC 3. Use ICM rather than LH in IPI4PROC 4. Use correct values in IPISBMPC 5. Correct 'padding' code in IPISHIST 6. Correct calculations in IPISTS00
