Error description

• 1. Both threads waiting on locks and indoubt threads count
  on SYSTEM STATUS workspace are incorrect. SITUATIONS using these
  counts showed incorrect result.
  2. INDOUBT threads are not displayed on THREAD ACTIVITY
  workspace.
