Error description

• ABEND0C4 HRFOUNL2 occurs when HSSR falls back to IMS.
  This can occur when virtually paired segments are
  in the database and the HP tools are being used.
  Second problem:
  Database is corrupted when using the standard IMS utilities.
  The database has logical relations.  The HP utilities
  are not in the STEPLIB.  However, the //HPUTIL DD DUMMY was
  not specified.  The missing DD-stmt caused not to generate
  the prefix update phase.

  ABEND0C4 in HRFOUNL2. This abend occurs when HSSR falls back
  to IMS. This can occur when virtually paired segments are in
  the database.
  There is also a problem where the database is corrupted when
  using the standard IMS utilities. The database has logical
  relations. The HP utilities are not in the STEPLIB. However,
  the //HPUTIL DD DUMMY was not specified. the missing DD-stmt
  caused not to generate the prefix update phase.
  

Problem conclusion

• For the ABEND0C4, HRFOUOW1 has been changed to force standard
  IMS utilities when virtual segments are in the DBD. This will
  require you to specify the unload file DFSURGU1 in the JCL.
  For the corrupted database problem the code has been changed
  to always generate the prefix update phase when the database
  has logical relations. It is bypassed when HP prefix
  resolution is used as this does the prefix update also.
  The prefix res+update is now on dynamic mode. It will
  use the HP utility when found, otherwise use the IMS
  utilities.
