PK53911: DELETE OPERATION DURING INSERT

Error description

• When doing an EXPLAIN on a query with an INSERT the SQL PA
  Explain report states the following:
  A DELETE operation has been requested to remove rows from a
  table.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  1. DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR:  ILLEGAL SYMBOL ".1". SOME
     SYMBOLS THAT MIGHT BE LEGAL ARE: + - AS
     DSNT418I SQLSTATE   = 42601 SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
     DSNT415I SQLERRP    = DSNHPARS SQL PROCEDURE DETECTING ERROR
     This occurred because the parser was inserting a qualifier
     in a join predicate.
  2. ANL3099E A terminal processing error has occurred.
     PLI Error Code =   8094.
     ANL Error Code =      0.
      & Return Code =     16.
     SQL PA  Program terminates with unrecoverable error.
     Possible cause:
     Protection exception - check authid/RACF permissions
