PK53617: CAE SERVER DOES NOT RESPOND TO SHUTDOWN COMMAND WHEN CQM_LOCAL_PORTAL_PORT IN USE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the CAE server was started using CQM_LOCAL_PORTAL_PORT (set
  to anything other than the default of 3444 ), the CAE server
  does not respond to shutdown command.  The shutdown clause of
  start_cae_server ignores the CQM_LOCAL_PORTAL_PORT environment
  variable.  In some situations this can prevent a normal
  shutdown.
  

Local fix

• Cancel the CAE server
