messages like:
FPEV0080I  DB90 DB2 IS STOPPING
FPEV0251I  DB90 CAF ERROR WHEN EXCEPTION EVENT ATTEMPTED TO
CONNECT TO DB2.

FPEV0401I  DB90 USER MANAGER TASK ENDED

more meaningful messages.
