Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, when using MIG and MASKS and
  pressing F3 when you get the panel to enter the mask names,
  you get error:
  Zerrsm   : Panel 'ADB28M' error
  Zerrlm   : Invalid .CURSOR value found while processing panel
  Additional Symptoms: ADB28M MIGRATE MIG MASKS MASK
  

Local fix

• Issue MIG again and either use an old mask or create a new mask
