APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While unloading data on a TABLESPACE PART in COPY PENDING status
  and a STOP was performed on the TABLESPACE PART, the START was
  not performed. This only occurs on partitions that were in UT or
  COPY state and it only occurs in HPU R220.

  *                      but the return code is 0. Return code   *
  *                      has been changed to 4 in this case.     *

  *                      tablespace partition is in status       *
  *                      UT,COPY, and when QUIESCE YES is        *
  *                      required in sysin or with the parmlib   *
  *                      parameter VUU013/ULQSCE, and when       *
  *                      parmlib parameter VUU028/ULQSCEBH is    *
  *                      set to FORCE, a STOP/START is made on   *
  *                      the unloaded partitions, and the        *
  *                      partitions that were initially started  *
  *                      in UT mode are not restarted, and are   *
  *                      left in STOP,COPY status.               *

  Modules odb2x2 and infdb2x2 were changed to use an extended
  request block when issuing SVC 99 to get diagnosis messages.
  Module inzcat was changed to issue a RC=4 when switching from
  SQLACCES=NO to SQLACCES=YES.
  Module inzrun, function inzrunStartTablespace was changed to
  restart the partitions of the tablespace in UT mode when they
  were initially in UT,COPY.orrect this condition.
