APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• When RAPCHECK=YES is specified and an error is detected in a RAP
  chain, the IPR Unload utility issues MSGHPSU3171E and
  ABENDU3171 at the end of processing, but no trailer record is
  contained in the produced unload data set.
  
  This APAR enables the IPR Unload utility to put a trailer record
  and end the processing with RC=04, instead of ABENDU3171.
